Welcome to the Southern Highlands Preparatory School PTO Fun Run website (the “Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Purpose of the Site

This Site is provided by Southern Highlands Preparatory School PTO (“SHPS PTO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to share information about the annual Fun Run fundraiser and to facilitate donations, registrations, and related communications in support of school programs and activities.

Donations and Transactions

All donations, registrations, and payments made through the Site are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed through third-party fundraising or payment platforms. SHPS PTO does not directly process or store payment card information and is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or issues caused by third-party providers.

We strive to keep information on the Site accurate and up to date; however, SHPS PTO does not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Event details, schedules, and fundraiser information may change at any time.

This Site was built by Gear Me Up™, a third-party website design and development provider. Gear Me Up™ does not operate, manage, or control the fundraiser and is not responsible for donations, content, or communications on the Site.

Limitation of Liability
